Pellet Feed Production Line

This pellet feed production line offers a fully integrated solution for producing high-quality animal feed pellets, supporting outputs of approximately 400–600 kg per hour. Designed for versatility and efficiency, it includes four essential machines working together to streamline the crushing, mixing, conveying, and pelletizing process. The multifunctional crusher efficiently reduces cereals, grass, straw, and similar materials to the proper particle size using high-speed rotating hammers, ensuring uniform powder suitable for pellet production.

Raw materials are then transported using two screw conveyors to maintain continuous workflow and stable feeding into the next stages. With adjustable conveying speed and a mobile design, the conveyors help optimize productivity and reduce manual labour. The U-type horizontal mixer provides thorough blending of powdered ingredients, ensuring a consistent mix for balanced animal feed. With fast discharge and minimal waste, it is highly efficient and suitable for a wide range of feed formulations.

At the final stage, the flat-die pellet machine presses the prepared material into durable pellets ideal for poultry, livestock, and small farm animals. Featuring a vertical feeding structure, it uses gravity to support smooth material flow and stable pellet formation. This production line is suitable for manufacturing feed for chickens, ducks, pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, and more. It also includes essential accessories such as an electrical control cabinet, moisture meter, and grease gun for safe and efficient operation.
