The Multi-functional Vegetable Cutter is a high-performance, versatile machine designed to handle a wide range of vegetables and fruits efficiently. With two dedicated cutting parts, it can process both leafy vegetables and root vegetables, making it an ideal solution for commercial kitchens, catering services, and food processing plants.

For leafy vegetables, the cutter provides a high capacity of 600–1000 kg per hour, with adjustable cutting sizes ranging from 1 to 60 mm, allowing operators to create slices, shreds, or customized cuts as required. Root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, radishes, taro, and eggplants can be sliced, shredded, or diced with sizes adjustable from 1–7 mm for slicing, 3 mm minimum for shredding, and 6 mm minimum for dicing. Custom size options are also available, providing flexibility for specialized recipes or production needs.

The machine’s blade speed and conveyor belt speed are both adjustable via a transducer, giving operators precise control over cutting thickness and output rates. Its two-part cutting system ensures that leafy and root vegetables are handled separately, maintaining quality and preventing cross-contamination.

Constructed with durability and hygiene in mind, the root cutting section is made from high-strength aluminium-magnesium alloy, while the remaining parts are crafted from 304 food-grade stainless steel. The conveyor belt is also made from food-grade material, ensuring safe contact with vegetables and fruits.

Compact yet robust, the machine measures 1160 × 530 × 1300 mm, weighs 140 kg, and operates on a single-phase 220V/50Hz power supply. Its high processing capacity—up to 1000 kg per hour for both leafy and root vegetables—makes it perfect for high-volume operations without compromising quality.
