The Block Molding Machine with Hopper is a semi-automatic brick machine designed to deliver high-efficiency, reliable, and flexible brick production. Equipped with a 7.5 kW motor and operating on 380V voltage, the 4-35B achieves a 35-second molding cycle, producing uniform, high-quality solid and hollow bricks with minimal labour. Its semi-automatic hopper system allows integration with a conveyor belt and mixer, creating a semi-automatic production line that significantly increases output while reducing manual effort.

Each unit includes one mold of your choice, customizable through our sales team, allowing for the production of a wide variety of cement products. The machine supports quick mold changes, enabling the manufacture of solid bricks, hollow blocks, paving stones, and other specialized products—all with consistent strength and precise dimensions.

The 4-35B with Hopper has a maximum production capacity of up to 20,000 standard bricks (240×53×115 mm) or 3,200 hollow blocks (390×190×190 mm) per shift. Its plate size of 850×550×30 mm and compact overall dimensions of 1500×1300×1800 mm, along with a machine weight of 1,100 kg, ensure stability during operation, easy setup, and long-lasting durability.
