How do I place an order?

You can browse our product categories on the website, add items to your basket, and complete checkout online. If you need assistance, you can also contact us via WhatsApp, email, phone call or by submitting a request a quote via the the button.

Do I need to register to buy?

You can choose to shop as a guest, but registering an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your purchases.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice and order details, either via email or whatsapp after your payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically take 35–45 business days from order confirmation because products are sourced globally and shipped to South Africa.

How can I track my order?

You can use our Track Your Order feature on the website to see the latest status and updates. However we will provide you with personal updates regarding your order.

What if my order is delayed?

Shipping times can vary due to customs, weather, port delays, or carrier routing. If there’s a major delay, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp
