- While items are not stocked in South Africa, our suppliers maintain stock, and we arrange international fulfilment on your behalf.
- Delivery typically takes 35 -45 business daysfrom when your order is processed.
Order Processing
- After your order, we confirm with our supplier, then initiate shipping and provide you with tracking details.
- You will receive order confirmation, and we may request additional information if needed for shipping.
Payment & Security
Accepted Methods: EFT, Visa, MasterCard, PayFast.

Shipping & Risk
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the supplier ships the goods to the courier.
- You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import clearance if applicable.
Returns & Refunds

- If an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include images via whatsapp or email of the item.
- Refunds or replacements will be made in accordance with our Returns Policy.

- If a product has a manufacturer warranty, we will help facilitate claims with the supplier or manufacturer.
- Note: warranty coverage depends on the original supplier/manufacturer’s terms.
Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hoursof placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once the supplier has dispatched the goods, cancellation may not be possible, but returns may be processed as per our Returns Policy.
